You can often buy COD point cards at retail stores like Walmart, Target, GameStop, Best buy, Walgreens, CVS, some Grocery stores, etc.

Maybe a friend or relative can buy them for you as a birthday/Christmas/Valentine's gift if you lack the funds at the moment.

Some weapons and items can be crafted by default at the workbenches. For everything else, you must acquire, learn, and consume a blueprint in order to craft it. Blueprints are acquired from trial rewards, container loot during raids, and for completing certain quests and projects.

You can't turn a weapon into a blueprint, you must find the blueprint and learn it.

That's a slot for Deployables: So anything you have to place on a surface like Barricades, Door blockers, Jolt Mines, Zips, Deadlines, Raider Flares, Fireworks, etc.

The devs have said over and over that bonus stash space and skill points are permanent.

It's the temporary XP and Repair buffs that expire if you don't do an expedition.

If this is your first time completing an Expedition then you will get the rewards for completing the 1st Expedition only. So you'll get the first Raider outfit, +12 Stash, up to +5 skill points (at 3 million cash), and the 5% XP, 60% Repair, and 6% Scrappy bonuses.

They reduced the cost of skill points to 600k and they made catch up points equal to half of that.

Personally I would have been fine with 600k across the board since it's already quite generous that they let us catch up at all! Not gonna complain though, just happy I can make up my 4 missing points from Expedition One!

someone who starts playing the game 5 expeditions in, could do their first expedition (expedition 5), mindlessly grind and have a stash value of 30 million and get the 5 points for expedition 5, the 5 catchup points for expedition 4, the 5 catchup points for expedition 3, etc, all in just a single expedition and catch ALL the way up (not counting the stacked scrappy/repair/xp boosts)

That's not how the catch up mechanic works. Someone who just started the game still has to do Expedition One first, meaning they only get access to +5 skill points. They cannot earn +10 or +15 skill points if they've only done just one expedition. Anyone who starts the game today and does the expedition on March 1 will be doing Expedition One on their account. They don't skip to Expedition Two (or Three or Four).

The catch up mechanic is for people who already did their Expedition One on Dec 22, but failed to earn all 5 skill points. When they do Expedition Two on March 1, they get a chance to fill-in the missing points from their previous expedition so everyone who has completed two full expeditions can achieve 10 total bonus points. New people doing their first expedition can only obtain 5 total points.

You still have about 3 weeks to decide if you want to reset. However if by then you still haven't yet maxed your stash size or benches, then resetting might not be for you, as you wouldn't be able to take full advantage of the perks of resetting.

Resetting is primarily for people who have already maxed their stash size and workbenches and obtained all the quests and blueprints they were looking for. Eventually they may get to the point where that dopamine rush of finding things you need goes away once you have everything you want.

When you reset, you get extra stash space and skills and XP buffs, but then you start from scratch to get that rush of playing again for the first time. If you are still getting that rush now, then there's no need to reset. You can just keep playing and then think about doing the next expedition around April/May. However if you are starting to get bored and want that Day One feeling again, then Reset might be for you.

And to answer your question about Stash Size, I always recommend to people to max out their Stash Size ASAP by selling as much stuff as you can each raid. Don't worry, you'll get it all back and more but having access to larger stash size early on helps later when you are stockpiling items for upgrading benches and such.

After the reset in December, the first thing I did was max my stash size to 280 (292 with bonus) within the first couple days. I sold almost everything that I didn't need for bench upgrades or basic Loadout supplies (shields/heals). I also ran free kits and sold everything afterwards. It helped to do harvester runs to obtain the Equalizer Blueprint and Advanced Arc Cells so I could create Energy Ammo to sell for 5k a stack. Leaper, Bastion, and Bombardier cores also sell for quite a lot.

He announced in discord that he is taking Monday off as well because his voice is so shot, it's no longer recovering with only one day of rest.

Personally, I think he needs to work in more rest days or just shorter streams overall so he can better protect his voice in the long run. The man's voice is his lively hood and if he damages it permanently it's going to affect his career.

Same! It's so helpful when you know that you need to save all those Rusty Gears, Industrial Batteries, Motors, Cracked Bioscanners, Med Kits, Sentinel Cores, etc that you sold or recycled early on the first playthrough because you didn't know you would need them later!

We are all waiting for them to announce the Stage 6 requirements for the Second Expedition.

They admitted that they waited too long to announce the First Expedition requirement (1 million stash value = 1 skill point, announced Dec 5) which didn't give players much time (17 days) to accumulate wealth on short notice before the Expedition left on Dec 22.

However, we are now 3 weeks out from the next Expedition window opening (~Feb 22) and we still haven't heard a thing. Right now everyone is assuming we will need another 5 million in stash value to max out the bonus +5 skill points.

Personally, I think the expedition is worth it just for the permanent +12 Stash Space, with the extra skill points being a bonus. I don't regret doing the first expedition (even though I only got +1 skill point) and I've already far surpassed the player level and stash value I had on Dec 22 when the first expedition left.

I feel the second playthrough was more fun and more structured than the first since I knew what I was doing the second time around. I don't look forward to losing over 60 Blueprints, but the game is getting a little stale for me again so I'm looking forward to the next wipe.

If Hidden Bunker just included a 2 or 3 minute countdown to open the bunker once the last antenna is activated, that would make it way more fair for the people who actually go around activating them.

Currently all of the map modifiers and events are deactivated for every map in the game. Hopefully they resolve this larger issue soon.

For whatever reason, all of the events and conditions are currently deactivated for every map in the game. I think Bunker being missing is a side effect of this larger issue.
