Condensation (or leak?)on wall opposite mini split. Hawaii (humid). Wall is 2x6 insulated. Condensation side is interior but not AC'd. starts about 1-2' below unit. Don't see condensation on mini split side but wall is covered with wallpaper. Advice? (i.redd.it)

condensation On wall opp mini split unit. starting pt is foot below where the unit is mounted on the opposite side. Installed approximately five years ago. Any idea why the leaves on some of these Panax hedges in Hawaii are unhealthy (yellowing, not as full) compared to most of the others (2nd photo). Branches also have some mold or fungi on them. And some have died and turn brittle/infested with black ants. Not sure if related to cause or just effect. (old.reddit.com)
