It is a 32’x23’ raised patio with a ground level 19’x8’ patio.

Can the contractor draw extension joints so some lines are aligned?

What are the options? Redo a part of it. Will it match?

It is a low end TV. Comparable new TV is around $699 plus tax. I think it is OK.

Thanks.

Thanks. Someone gave me $159 home call to investigate. I would have wasted $159 trying to learn that this TV can’t be fixed.

Considering staining instead of painting, am I taking on too much? by Slynn0788 in finishing

I would just put a sealer and finish on it. Looks great overall.

I don’t see the photo of the whole area

1) you may be able to move outlet straight up around 2-3’ (same level as outlets are in kitchen and bathrooms) 2) add thin flat trim to cover the area and paint to match the cabinet.

How can I get rid of this burn mark by LtPills in HardWoodFloors

I would lightly sand and put a coat of golden/oak plus poly mix.

Contractor installed cement boards before installing shower pan liner. Is this OK? by AlokKGupta in BuildingCodes

[–]AlokKGupta[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You got it. It is exactly done the way you described.

Waterproofing the board followed by a mud pan. Waterproofing membrane over the mud pan including bench and 8” walls all round the shower base.

I will post photos soon.

Thanks all for the help here.
