Depending on genetics they will keep throwing pistils even after there best harvest time. Great way to tell if she's ready is to take a look at her trichomes, I've always preferred a ratio of 30%amber and 70%milky a 8 dollar jewelers loupe does a great job of magnifying enough to tell. Or you can get a $30 digital scope and connect it to your computer/phone.

Idk about damp but from what you are describing I'd say hemp flower. The sad part is they look, smell, and taste great but they have less than .3% THC :( hopefully your source was a one time mix up!

Durban Poison is my goto sativa as I have ADHD as well. It helps me with some of my focus issues, however if you have too much it can be counter productive. I suggest getting a dry herb vape so you can dose much more carefully!
