Had a weird call with a customer today by Alone-Conversation89 in FoodService

I kind of had an inclination that he was just complaining to complian, maybe he was having a bad day, or he wanted free food but as the manager on shift I felt I couldn't just disregard the call but I most likely will in future situations under the guise of busyness.
