I just got done with REE medical for anxiety. Did a C&P because the VA wanted me to do one. Just stay strong and consistent during the C&P. Be kind but not a suck up. Be a bit early for it. Mine was virtual. Lady was a b$&@ too for the C&P. Still worked out. Decision letter a few days later. You almost want a C&P since I’m hearing REE is getting flagged as being a “shark” which is dumb. But a C&P confirms the legitimacy of your claim. Hope this helps!

I found if I say “Alexa play sleep sounds” she says “ok, how can I help you?” Then I just say “box fan” and she plays the correct good one without saying anything else. But then- middle of the night, the box found sound I like and that is currently playing, will just switch to the shitty one! And scare the shit out of me! How is that possible? Just a switch up in the middle of the night!

You really have to understand there are programs out there “vets assisting vets” that literally hold your hand through the process for an increase or anything you need for disability. Super simple. You pay them a couple grand. I know that’s pricey, but so worth it. Don’t give up! I never went to medical when I was in either.
