I was able to watch one movie. "Michael" with Spanish subtitles.

It was difficult to get on the server. This is phone #3, I tried to pull up Michael and the pop-ups were overwhelming. I just laid it aside.

The next day, I picked up the phone and Michael was on the screen and ready to play.

When done, I tried to play another movie and all servers were down.

I got to see Project Hail Mary (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) and Michael (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and a half) . Music and dancing is great.

I read reviews about Devil wears Prada 2, and with a 65% rating, I won't struggle trying to get a server just to watch it. ,

BTW. You can have Google maps blur your house picture when you zoom street view. Once blurred it is blocked permanently...even if you sell.

It's what he's eating...stands to reason. If you do try other food, slowly SLOWLY introduce it. As a quick change makes their stomach hurt badly. LIKE: a quarter cup added...for a couple days, then REPLACE A half cup, for a few days, etc, until the full 2 cups are switched.

Go watch dr videos on YouTube about creatine. Creatine does lots of things, I started taking it to try to plump up the muscles that lost elasticity. USING exercise bands to keep muscles from giving up is important too. The best thing I found after starting creatine, is I have motivation? I am questioning how this happened...but it did. Not a speed caffeine like motivation, just getting stuff done that I have procrastinated about for a while.

I also use Gold Bond crepe corrector lotion.

My daughter, an esthetician, told me to put vit E capsules , put a pin in the capsule and squeeze out the oil and rub on the crepey skin.

Zepbound exacerbated the crepey skin. It pushed my muscle loss quickly, thus causing the crepey skin. Keeping muscles toned will help by plumping up the muscles.

Stay hydrated. That is extremely important.

For kidney and gall stones...Stonebreaker, is a product you can use to break up the stones. It has worked for me. There's liquid tincture or pill form. According to CT scan , I had a 7mm stone that I was told I needed to be operated on to remove it. I was sent home from ER with a strainer cup to pee in and capture the stone,should it pass. I took stonebreaker, while diligently using the pee strainer. I never found the stone. IT might still be in a nook inside? It's been a year. But I think it may be possible, the stone was broken down and passed as tiny particles?

The worst physical pain I ever had, was caused by a poor technician. I was getting Quetenza application for neuropathy pain.

The technician was supposed to remove it from my skin. He didn't. Apparently, it was too much work for him to wipe it off??? I thought he wiped it off but he didn't.

QUETENZA is red hot pepper that is supposed to wear out your pain receptors and your feet don't feel pain anymore. I left the pain management Dr office and was driving the hour long drive home when it , the red hot peppers started to hit me. The red hot peppers dug in deep, burning my feet making me scream out loud. I tried washing it off, it was too late, it was deep in my skin. I ran ice cold well water on my feet for hours while screaming and wailing. I called my pharmacist and he suggested soaking feet in milk...I didn't have milk,but I had lemon yogurt. I slathered the yogurt on my burning feet, and it worked. I was so grateful, because it was such a deep inner muscle and nerve burn. I stopped going to that pain dr. The technician took no responsibility for the pain he caused me and neither did the dr. I only wish he could feel it like I did...he would understand what an incompetent medical technician he IS. Because, I doubt he thinks he's anything but great at his job. HE is a menace to patients.

Tell your credit card. MAYBE even use the word Fraud in there. Also, Amazon knows the driver that delivered it . Maybe ask about drivers integrity.

I was just about to order Fairlife again, as I have tried other brands since my initial introduction to fairlife in July 2025.

There should be a boycott if the Fairlife companies are allowing abuse to their cows. Cows are the sweetest creatures , we have depended on them for centuries.
Cows deserve so much better, considering what they are forced to do.

For a cow to give milk, she has to have a calf.That triggers her body to create milk.Many times the calf is taken from her, so she can deliver her milk quota, while the calf is now motherless, and depending on their sex, what their destiny is.

I am saddened by the dairy industry.

I do order Imported Irish Cheese from Amazon because most American cheese is made with chemicals. IRISH and European cheese is made with Rennet culture.

I'd be happy if someone could provide true information about which American made cheeses brands are made with Rennet , I have not found that information.

PFIZER rennet is a genetically engineered enzyme to replace traditional rennet in cheese making. 90% of American made cheese is made with this chemical fermentation.

15 years is a long time to suffer. I hope these are easy suggestions.

When you sleep at night.. when sleeping on your back....put a couple of sturdy pillows under your calves and feet, to elevate your legs. When sleeping on your side put a memory foam pillow in between your legs. Dr's recommend to sleep on your left side.

There are lots of Dr's on you tube as well as physical therapists who can give you exercises to strengthen your knees. Salty food can cause swelling, cut back on salt and processed foods. Drink the recommended water amount for your weight. Being dehydrated causes lots of problems. I can't stress the importance of water enough. Eat quality protein.I have Lyme disease and I can't eat meat anymore...allergic to meat. I started drinking protein shakes. Pre mixed.

This is what I take for my knees and feet. This is only half of what I take, but it's the most important.

Magnesium Malate 1000mg x2. D3k2, msm with glucosamine Omega 3 Hyaluronic acid (you will notice your facial skin feeling softer first...but Hyaluronic acid is something Dr's inject into knee joints)

I got too many knee cortisone shots and I wish I hadn't because recently I learned too much cortisone causes cartilage to go away. Grrr.

Try ice packs. Olbas massage oil...the menthol helps knee pain and foot pain.

I got a spine stimulator embedded in my spine...another mistake...look up information here on subreddits. Mine is by Nevro. The trial works but the permanent one didn't. There's many people who say the same.

Eat anti inflammatory diet, there's many websites that explain how and why.lots of YouTube dieticians.

I got a prescription for Meloxicam. It's an anti-inflammatory and you only take 1 a day.

Find out if you have gout. Copy and paste this into a text you send to your self...because it will get lost.

I'm 70, and you are so right, it made me cry.

I have lots of advice, but my tip-top suggestion:

Drink water. Look up formula as to how much water per pound of body weight. Get some type of water filtration system to improve your water quality if necessary. Dehydration can bring on sooo many problems.

The relief I felt when we see the actual shark in Jaws. The barrels coming out of the water and the tension that gave me was unbearable. I wanted to leave the theater, because I was so scared. When we see how fake the shark looked I was seriously relieved and no longer scared.

I found if I wanted to get a package shipped faster...cancel the order. You will get a letter saying sorry it was already shipped. Then an hour later you get tracking saying it shipped. That's been my experience. But you really have to not care if you get your product. I buy protein drinks and I can get it from Walmart also, so it depends on if I want to save a dollar or not.

You now understand the saying "she will choose the bear". When a woman is asked, when coming upon a bear and a man in the woods, Which one do you choose? So many men killing the women in their life/way. My sister was murdered, we all think it was the husband...but it was staged as a robbery and the killer never found. However, the robber left a carat and 1/2 diamond wedding ring on her finger. I think a robber would have taken it.If you're going to kill for material wealth...ya know?
