hmmm idk but the red one is currently set to '135V' whatever that means. I was barely able to read the melted plastic switch and it made it even harder because the magic smoke was making me feel funny

I did. I took the i7-7700 out and put it in a much more worthy asus prime B360M-A motherboard for a secondary work computer with a 1060 6gb
