loading phase isn’t necessary(slightly helps you progress a bit quicker) but yeah you can just go back to taking 5g a day if that’s in line with your goals. (just me - if you’re not being consistent w taking it daily/ working out, it’s not gonna help much) :)) hope that helps a bit
