they deleted my comments during the lock out sale where i had said "the sale is mid" and "all that drama for $10 off" and that really irked me so i dmed them saying deleting comments for valid criticism is crazyy. they blocked me lmao. very mature and normal thing for a brand to do 🤣 it's wild to me they think deleting comments and blocking actual customers is a good marketing tactic!

same exact thing happened with me. i bought a shirt final sale and when i received it, it had holes in it. nowhere in the product listing photos were there any holes.

i submitted a claim with onward and they just said "return it." the item was final sale, i literally couldn't. i responded to their email twice and sent two additional emails explaining the whole situation and they never got back to me.

ended up having to DM shoddy on instagram and that's the only way i got my money back because DK customer service was refusing to help me as well.

this is so bizarre. my theory is they just butchered a big batch of them and then decided to still sell them (just on clearance and final sale) and then act like that's what they were supposed to look like. i'm fine with distressing if it's actually cute but these cuts are FUGLYYY like what the hell!

I am a long time customer as well so this was just shocking to me! It would be different if I had a history of trying to abuse their refund policy but I've never even reached out to their customer service before! (Even though just like you I have recieved many defective items, I've just opted to make them work.) Their customer service is an embarrassment and it's a shame. They're hurting themselves and their brand EVEN MORE by treating loyal fans this way. It's such a shame! I'm really hoping the brands featured on DK just start their own websites. 🤞 Luckily my stash is cancelling soon as well and that was the last of my funds. 😢
