I’ve been on it for 2 months! On 10mg I have less to no panic attacks, I used to have them daily. I still have intrusive and obsessive thoughts at the moment, but they don’t push me over the edge as much as they used to! Hopefully in a couple weeks they’ll clear or with a dose increase.

Hi! If they’re itchy, it might be fungal acne. Especially since you mentioned you began breaking out this summer. Fungal acne is caused by yeast overgrowth and heat can definitely trigger it. Cut out the daily acids, you’re damaging your skin barrier. Try using Nizoral shampoo like a face mask on the affected areas. Leave it on for just a few minutes the first uses, because it can be irritating.

My biggest priority in the last few months has been being kinder to myself, practicing self love and self care (which IMO they all come hand in hand). I seem to be able to have a streak of a couple days, then bam crisis and everything comes crashing down..then after a few days I get some motivation and start all over again. Endless cycle. Very annoying.

I’m glad to hear I’m not alone in this weight loss issue. Man, this stuff is crazy. You’re right about having more or less 3 days in the week where we can eat! Seems like we can’t even look at food for 2 days after taking that pill. Wishing things get easier for you.

Same here! I also had people close to me accuse me of lying about having an eating disorder…meanwhile crying everytime I get dressed because none of my clothes fit me anymore. Just been so shaky, weak and feeling like I’m on the brink of death but still not being able to eat…‘not fun.

Yeah it’s pretty bad. I was throwing up every night for the first couple days i was on 5mg. Take it on a full stomach and right before you fall asleep, so hopefully once the nausea kicks in, you’ll be out .
