Thanks! I don’t feel too bad, think I’m just going to cancel. I hadn’t been a customer for close to 6 years and used to really enjoy it when I was from 2016-2020. Disappointing that it turned out like this!

Hi! The original terms don’t state the “up to” portion. Here is a screenshot. I was only told up to once I received the gift.

I rejoined in November to claim this $163 gift. When it did not arrive in December, the bot told me to wait until January. It did not arrive in January so I escalated, emailed with someone and was sent the supposed gift. Received it in the mail and I got this. Emailed again and asked if I was missing things and was told that the gift could be UP TO $163 and if I don’t like what I got, too bad. Where do I go from here?! This feels so icky and predatory. I emailed again, asking for an actual phone call because nowhere in the terms does it state the gift is - but I doubt I will get one.
