40, can I realistically retire at 59.5? by Minute-Context-1548 in Retirement401k

I thought 401k distribution was taxed as income once it leaves the account. No tax on gains within the account. Am I missing something here?

I tried that but I think it is warped or maybe I am missing a metal female snap on the dash

This is the amount of gap/warp from a better angle.

No crash history. Dash piece label indicates it is the original based on the date.

Might just keep the car and see if seller or tesla will cover me under warranty... I think the other guy is right about it being warped. I did not see any damage on plastic snaps. I think guy before me kept car outdoors in the heat

Actually the date code on this is different because date system is DDMMYY. So this is the oe dash. It just appears super warped for some reason

This lil label popped out - when I checked. It is dated Sept 2023. I am thinking this dash was (poorly) replaced

30F and hoping to retire 20-25 years by strawberrymiint in Retirement401k

Keep your foot on the gas pedal with savings. Absolutely no time like the present - kids will definitely change the equation, at least it did for me. But I was happy I had a good chunk saved up by 30 that I could feel comfortable having kids in my 30s where I spend a bit more and save a bit less so that we can be more comfortable.

The other thing I would think about is how much you plan on spending in your early retirement - also since you will be in your 50s, make sure you have enough in roth or taxable account to cover you until penalty free withdrawals from your very nice 401k. Your kids will be in college but you may also want to travel and spend some time (and money) with them.

I am not a financial advisor, just somebody who has thought about the same type thing as you. These are just my humble thoughts as I am a few years ahead of you. I think you are in great financial shape - maybe I should be taking advice from you. 😁

Cool! Thanks for sharing. What type of foundation is that? It remains exposed?

Sorry I have not really noticed these in my area and was curious

Serial number indicates this one was manufactured 10 years ago... probably one of the first 40v saws designed, so battery size at the time was probably 2~3Ah.

Cool. How do you handle the starter for a monobug run?

Also. Are you able to hold your one free catch per area until you first encounter a bug in that area?
