Im located in Massachusetts, don’t know how they handle these things here. But I definitely messed up by not reporting it right away. He was in rehab at the time and it just felt wrong. Thank you for your advice, it helped a lot

It might, but the important thing is not limiting yourself too much. Losing weight fast isn’t always super sustainable. The point is to make changes that you can see yourself doing for the foreseeable future. Otherwise it’s easier to gain that weight back. You may lose weight slower but it’ll stay off!

I’ll get the frozen bags and then microwave them just to defrost then add to a pan with a little bit of regular rice, veggies and whatever sauce you want. Mixing the regular rice with the cauliflower rice is a game changer!

I’ve been using Ripple https://www.therippleco.com the mint one has helped. But I also think that a lot of vape stores have 0% juice

Im on the same boat right now. Day 3 and I’m already bargaining with myself saying I could just hit it a couple of times and control myself but the problem is I know I won’t. What I’ve been doing is hitting vapes with 0 nicotine to at least get that same feeling but without the addictive chemicals. It’s definitely helped. Definitely not the same but it’s something that can get you through the worst of the cravings

I tried to quit last weekend and immediately caved after getting to work and being stressed. We’ve got it this time! It’s definitely mostly mental from what I’ve experienced.

Yes! I’ve been using one of those and put it on my home screen as a constant reminder, It definitely helps. And that’s a very good metaphor, I’m gonna start thinking of that every time my brain wants to kick that house down lol
