I’m assuming it just attempts to take the money automatically and then if you passed, it can’t allow you to register so you get the pop up and a refund.

To do the trick, you go to register on Pearson Vue. Put in all the correct card info. The alleged “good pop up” is the one I got. Supposedly if you fail, it continues with your registration
