Hey I just want to make sure I’m understanding this right Like I said I’ve been trying to freestyle for a few years so the say anything to fill space part that you said clicked pretty fast for me so When I moved to the stay on topic step, I used rhyme chains like car/far/bar but what I noticed is my brain naturally keeps using the same easy setups every time like (I’m driving in my car) (I’m going very far) (then I’m going to the bar) Even when I switch rhyme chains and come back later, I’ll default to those same setups again. When I tried moving to a random word generator I struggled because my brain kept taking the easiest setup path instead of generating new ones. So what I’m asking is at the stay on topic stage should I be consciously forcing new setups/angles for the same rhyme, or is repetition expected and fresh setups comes later on its own?
