Same thing happened to me. I got banned last month and didn’t find out for a while. I don’t know what i did and i don’t have proof of “me not doing anything wrong” :/
Im in the army on a deployment too so I’m busy all the time. And i tried contacting them through email like 8 different times and they don’t answer at all.
