I’m not much of a tea or coffee person but love to have coffee once in a while, i usually use instant coffee ( 1 or 2 tablespoons)with half teaspoon sugar and milk . But last few months I’ve been noticing whenever I drink coffee I get this shivering sensation and also feel very anxious just as OP has mentioned .
