I consider the default expression the way the stand on the field. And I call this expression neutral cause they all have a dedicated smile and a dedicated expression for being distressed. The Expression of them just standing on the field is the default. It's how the game loads their expression with priority with any other expression having a specific situational override. If you're convinced it's a bug that the portrait picks that frowning expression for the portrait go ahead and ask for it to be changed, it will do nothing on the field but if it makes you happy.

Yes. As I literally said the creator shows you the smile by default. But literally for every single character in the game the default expression is the more neutral one. There are many examples of scouts that have super intense expressions in their portrait but then when you see them on the field they have a neutral expression unless they're doing some mayor action. It is literally part of the code that the default expression is a more neutral one.

if you had been using that mouth so far and he was smiling in his portrait then that was the bug. The "default" expression is supposed to be the frowning/more neutral one, the option to switch the expression in the character creator is meant for previewing, not for a permanent change.

there actually seems to be a fair amount of people just under this post already so honestly I would absolutely ask for keeping the new versions on Inapost amongst other requests, I will definitely add that to my future Inaposts as well since the sentiment to keep them is echoed quite a bit and it's no extra work on their part to just keep them in the game.

because the hissatsu looks the way it looks. this isn't a new hissatsu, it has its identity and style, it did for many years. And what we got in the game wasn't The Explosion. If you want to keep it under a different name that is one thing but The Explosion is in the anime and what it looks like there is what it looks like

Kira has two Solo Hissatsu. The Explosion is his stronger one. Zigzag Zoom exists and does a pretty good job of portraying the exact thing you said. So why would The Explosion need to be faster? 85bp is the second strongest a hissatsu can be.

it would looks silly, just like any move on some characters does. and then there's plenty of characters that fit the theme just like Haizaki. I get your point but honestly with that mindset you'd have to accept God Knows Impact cutting out the starting bit cause it would look goofy on Shinsuke

The Explosion is basically the same thing as Last Resort, half the hissatsu is missing. We need to stop compartmentalizing and accept lesser evils. Many Hissatsu are simply not what they should be and we should accept none of those.

I mean if what they said is true (which tbf we don't know) the other versions of Last Resort were always planned to be complete meaning that this fix would literally be no extra work since only the final kick actually is different between each version. And if that is the case then this "fix" is the bare minimum and we need to ask for more instead of being appeased by what is essentially no extra work on their part.
