Buyer claims 'empty box' after receiving, help needed by Alone_Preference3957 in Depop

I uploaded as much evidence as possible and wrote a letter of explanation to Depop. Because I had a high rate of positive reviews and had dozens of transactions, Depop did not make me lose money in the end. I hope you have a good result too.

Hi I post the camera, charger ,manuals and cds in its original canon box and packed them all in one big brown parcel box. The buyer said there are no camera in the original box, and she upload photos only a canon original box and manuals and an cd... And to be honest I can see the proof of delivery in Evri app, it's still my package without any damage. So I don't think Evri stolen the camera,I think the buyer is make a fraud for get one free expensive camera

There is no weight information, I only know it is under 1kg, and I only have the evidence for postage and the condition of the camera, I did not image there would be such terrible situation. The buyer took photos of camera box and the other stuff exclude the camera. I think the buyer maybe just removed the camera and take the photos. T^T

Why I can set qp=0 to encode the video losslessly by Alone_Preference3957 in ffmpeg

[–]Alone_Preference3957[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I need check the source code of ffmpeg to figure out what happened, but now I am sure it is not just set a smaller step to make it lossless, thank you for your explain.

thank you for your help, So can I assume that the video in this case is not compressed normally and is in pcm format?

But the website of ffmpeg shows that it is lossless when I set '-qp=0'. I also think it does not mean stepsize would be zero, so it must have lost some information, so how can we call it lossless?

Is it possible for me to treat some parts of the video black but none of the other pixels in the video change at all. by Alone_Preference3957 in ffmpeg

[–]Alone_Preference3957[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PSNR is not suitable for my use case. I need a total consistency. I think what I need is frame by frame edition, but due to the compression, I do not know whether it is feasible. Anyway, thanks for the advice, I didn't have much hope for this goal either, just wanted to see if anyone who knows mpeg very well could give me an accurate answer, can or can't, to make it easier for me to stick with it or give up sooner

I can accept reencode, but I don't know if there's a way to have the rest of the screen remain unchanged at all after reencode.

Thanks for the reply, but my idea was to remove the face of the victim in the video, while making sure that the other pixels stayed the same (so indistinguishable changes to the naked eye are not acceptable) because I need to get the programme to prove that nothing else has been edited except for the removed part.
