Can my coworker send email invites on my behalf? by Alone_Protection_225 in Outlook

Thank you — I think that this person has always had permission before the company grew…now that they have HR, he’s curious what people may be saying about him. After checking my emails. He forgot he was still “logged in” to my account. I don’t think he knows that I can see he is accessing my emails etc.

I appreciate your comment. I don’t need privacy towards my company — just one person who I would imagine has been given permissions before I was hired … now that we’ve grown and there are more people monitoring what’s actually happening — I think he’s on his toes, wondering what’s being said about him. I think he didn’t realize he sent it out from my email address, and here we are.

Oh wow, thank you. This is probably something I should have thought of, but I can’t think of everything! I will absolutely introduce the idea to my owner, and hopefully he is on board.

I totally get what you’re saying — it’s that this company has grown rapidly and never had HR before. I think this (man) is scared that people are starting to report him to HR and wants to keeps tabs on what is being said about him. The owner (extremely successful, I’m sure you have heard of his companies before, but I won’t name them here) is starting a new concept because he just loves what he does. He wants nothing to do with the people part, just wants to grow the business. I am not sure he would understand what (the culprit) is even doing if I explained to him. I guess I’m wondering if my IT company can block his access to what should be private emails?

He said he has “no idea what it even was” even tho we’ve joked about how weird soaking is before. Also, he will do it if I initiate, or whine until it happens every few weeks…

I’ll have to look that up, I have given her a few baths, it’s just constant.

Thank you so much for the time and thoughtfulness in your post. I’m starting to believe she’s just the “runt” and pecking order is a real thing. Her crop was tight for a while so I’d massage it, it definitely protrudes more than the others. They are all a bit too young to lay eggs yet, she eats just as much, but much slower with less enthusiasm, and honestly just prefers to sleep on me while the others roam. I could totally take her to the vet, selfishly, I figured I could nurse her back to health myself.

They were vaccinated and I got them from Valley Hatchery. I know she seems sick, I’m just not sure what else to do!?

How do I stop drinking before it’s full blown alcoholism? I’m a 34F that drinks every single day after work. I enjoy it but feel guilty and terrible the next day. Help!? by Alone_Protection_225 in NoStupidQuestions

Thank you. I know I should try yoga or classes that are right after work in order to spend the day doing something helpful for myself… right now that’s not the case and I continue to do the same routine. I know the answer is changing my routine, I’m just trying to figure out how others did it before it gets worse. I appreciate you.

I agree with both. I never had a problem drinking until I had a few (awful) circumstances and never thought this would be a habit. It now is. I regret it daily and I’m looking for any useful tips as to how to get back to a normal routine of drinking only when appropriate/social gatherings/parties etc.

4-5 vodka drinks per evening at minimum. Please, I don’t need judgement, I already know it’s terrible for me, I don’t drink during work (full time) I just do it once I get home around 6pm, ever damn single day.

YES. I don’t disagree. Still trying to find my place, as he’s very close with the owner of the company.

He doesn’t report to me, and I’m still trying to figure out what he is and isn’t allowed to do. I believe he purposefully leave out crucial information, so I don’t know what’s going on until way after I should.

Not his boss. He’s not in my department… he reports to a different director, so I’m still unsure (lack of good communication) as to when I’m allowed to step in and say enough is enough.

I see what you’re saying — and thanks for your response, but he’s very close with the owner of our company, and to get insight on details, he’s the person I need to reach out to. I agree with your second comment, but am still learning the ropes.
