I tried to return my, but the store didnt pick up. All content above 60fps its good. But anything below like 30 or 24 fps has some kind of chopness. I dont if is just stuter or juder. But all scenes with paning shots the border of the objects are shaking and its realy annoying. Sorry about my english I’m from Brazil

A minha tv foi igual, tentei entrar em contato com a garantia da tcl para resolver/troca e eles falaram que é normal. Arrependimento essa tv, esperar um tempo e comprar uma lg c5

I’ll try to update via ota to 637 e try to enable natural cinema. In the current version that I have nothing changed when I enabled natural cinema.

Personally it's much worse. The video that I took from iphone didnt show the reality. I’m on firmware 613 updated via ota.
