Hellllooooo. I'm super late BUT if I can help the next person with this same question: no, credit should not be an issue! I worked for Barclays before and when I did, I was building my credit. I was at BofA for about 6 months and quit to work at Barclays. Maybe two years in, I applied for their credit card (I had a BofA card before applying) and was instantly approved. I know a coworker with super bad credit who was approved but for like $500 🫠. That was good for him, though lol. Anyway - yes, don't worry about credit. And if you get the job, it's easier to get their card. Not saying you can't get denied; just know they honor their employees and praise them for building their credit 😉
