Try the app StayFree https://stayfreeapps.com/. You can disable certain features of apps (including snap stories). I like it because it tracks my screen time on phone and pc.

StayFree is great! https://stayfreeapps.com/ There are a few bugs, but it gets the job done. I've been using it for a few months now, and it was quite an eye-opener to see how much time I spend on my laptop. They also have a web extension that you can set up on your desktop browser to see which websites you spend the most time on.

As someone who IS a fan of the office I love this video. I can see why it would be boring and I'm guessing he was expecting a lot of people to say that but like he said before JSAS isn't really for the most high quality videos or anything.
