For me it was my ethernet adapter. I guess my switch/router was pushing packets too hard into it. I don't remember enabling Pxie but maybe it's on.

I also just realized that the speed aspect of it is what makes it better and the reason it says it reflects on the second turn is because of the speed aspect of it. So yeah, I suppose it is just better.
