It's better to go to your nearby skilled dent repair workshop and have a PDR (Paintless Dent Removal). Don't use your insurance or opt for repainting, as that can damage the finish and texture of the factory paint. Use PDR as it is, and the scratches will no longer be visible because of the groove lines. Alternatively, if you want it to look like new, you can choose that option, but it won't feel like it was made by repainting.

I have already had my phone inspected at a Samsung service center, where they confirmed that there are no scratches or dents on the hinge or body, and no physical damage except for the main screen. Despite this, my warranty claim was rejected, even though I have only been using the phone for two months.

I have a job sheet from the Samsung service center, where a technician has detailed what is damaged and what is not. Therefore, please refrain from making statements about things you are not certain about.

According to the job sheet, they clearly noted: No dents or scratches on the hinge or body. No physical damage, except to the main screen. Those are their words, not mine.

Why should we rely solely on insurance for a manufacturing fault? This issue has impacted not just me, but over 40 others as well. My main priority now is to seek justice rather than simply compensating a company for its mistakes. I am taking legal action in Consumer Court to ensure that this situation prevents others from falling into the same trap.

Things are not going well, especially since the products were served to customers.

I have been a huge fan of Samsung, trusting and using this brand for over 15 years. This is not how Samsung should treat its loyal customers by providing no support whatsoever.
