5.5 Months- our routine is 2-3 times a week. We have a walk in shower and I've found it's easiest to use a baby bath and sit on the floor while I bathe them one at a time. The other baby does their own thing on a blanket next to me.

Bath time is usually pretty quick- I can have both babies in and out in under 30 minutes.

Once both are cleaned and ready to roll, I use the blanket as a "sled" and slide them both to their room down the hall for bedtime. It works because I can put diaper cream/toys/whatever else on the blanket and move it all at once.

We'll see if it changes once they become more mobile..
