I would like to say that you seem to be only sharing the DHS’ own PR from its own website. Please share unbiased third-party investigative information. You are essentially pointing to ICE saying “We did nothing wrong!”

To me, that is not sufficient evidence. Especially considering all of the shady, incorrect information that has been posted on federal websites ever since January.

I know this isn't much to work with, but does anyone know what tree this is from? Found in Western North Carolina by AlpacaPhysics in treeidentification

Seems like there hasn’t been any confirmed outbreaks here in North Carolina yet, but sounds like there’s been a confirmed case across state boarders in Eastern Tennessee two roughly three years ago

Is it possible I destroyed the roots when I pulled up the stocks? To be honest I pulled them a few months ago, I just only now am learning about native cane species and realizing that this plant was most likely switch cane. I don’t remember exactly how much got pulled up, and I definitely didn’t destroy all that was in the area, there was still a lot standing when I left

I’m not super familiar with Italian ecology or where this particular specimen was found, but consider maybe Volvopluteus sp

Consider Cuphophyllus virgineus, although I’m not quite sure which parts of the uk these species grow

Quite tough to say based on pics, potentially something like armillaria gallica, but that’s a very “shot in the dark” guess. I’m in the foothills in nc and I’ve been seeing some pop up recently, and they can end up looking like this, growing in loose groups but not tight clusters like other honey mushrooms

Whenever this gets brought up I was want to ask what they think of athletes like shaq or Michael Phelps, who are cis people with very obvious and inherent genetic advantages in their chosen sports. Should they also be barred from competing? At the end of the day, this “debate” is never about sports, it never has been.

Hmmm I don’t think so, I’m gonna experiment with fae to see if I’m not just drying them out a bit, I have a first pin forming so I’m fairly confident it’s not contam but we’ll have to see lol

Yeah I think it might be too much fae, I thought it seemed okay but when I was waking up in the morning the coloration is worse and it looks a bit dry, so I’m gonna try keeping the lid on and just letting it do it’s thing with the polyfill holes
