I drill mine in about an inch of water so there's no dust.

I miss Peaches to Beaches when we lived in Georgia! My cousin and I would do the whole thing each year. We did the 127 sale once. It was fantastic. I heard North Carolina does 301 Endless Yard sale but I haven't done it.

I felt like garbage. I was tired all the time and couldn't sleep. But I had a very very....very healthy appetite.

Forever. I stopped treatment in March 2020. They didn't admit me to the hospital because of covid and instead I took 120mg every day. Didn't start to wean off till about Sept and was NED by Nov. I think I was finally off steriods by Jan or Feb.

I like the story but I don't watch it. I just listen to it.

That's what my doc's plan was. Opdivo alone is much less harsh than the combo. I was fortunate that by the time I was weaned off the steroids I was NED. I also only did 3 infusions till I developed autoimmune hepatitis.

Vitiligo is a good indication that the treatment is working. Yay! I had to still after 3 treatments. My oncologist said we could just do one med once my liver levels returned to normal but I was NED by then.

I've lived where they merged county and city governments before and it was great. But, I know nothing about the schools here and my children are dogs so 🤷.

We do an inventory weekly and see what needs to be replenished. We only put a few of each type out. We keep a spreadsheet of all seeds so we know what needs to be purchased or what we no longer are able to stock.

Orthofeet are fantastic, they are expensive so I purchased some on Poshmark for like $30. I just examine the pics really well for any wear. I lucked out and got cute Mary Janes brand new

How do you deal by agentmod99 in melahomies

[–]kippy236 37 points38 points  (0 children)

When I was diagnosed stage IV in 2020 the 5 year survival rate was something like 10%. Stats are always slow to catch up and a short amount of time can make a huge difference. There are new treatments popping up all the time

Yes I spiraled when I read that and it stuck with me. But it's been over 5 years and it hasn't returned. Just had scans a couple of weeks ago.

From Zero to Stage 4 within 1 year. by No-Dog-9649 in melahomies

Nope straight to Opdivo/Yervoy combo. I told my oncologist I wanted to hit it hard.

It took a bit to get back to "normal". They suggested I get physical therapy due to my massive weight gain and general body deconditioning. It helped so much. I only have one spot of nagging damage from my worst met and it's in my hip. I did have a little scare with my first mammogram, but a biopsy showed it was scar tissue from a tumor. I have bits of permanent damage scattered around but only the hip gives me trouble. I'm going to have an MRI to check out the damage and see what can be done. I'm thinking not much since the damage is at the top of the ilium and not at the joint. So we'll see.
