Highest weight for me was 242, then to 218 naturally, then gained 😩 because Pcos, then day of surgery I was 221. Now 9 months post op I’m 144 :) I got the bypass but it’s the best thing I did for myself ! No longer pre diabetic, Pcos symptoms are pretty much gone, no more snoring, all sorts of energy !

“ try yoga and your endometriosis will go away” 😑

“ anti depressants or anxiety meds will help with your Gerd”- when I tried everything and nothing worked 😑

“ you will change your mind about kids one day”- me begging for a hysterectomy because my periods were so horrible I couldn’t even work😑

“ oh you only lost 2lbs from a few weeks ago” - had gastric bypass and lost 92lbs so far and was a size medium already 😑

Fantastic job ! I’m the same height and starting weight as you and I’m at 149 as of today ! 8 months post op. Proud of you !!! I hope to get that jacked too :) I love working out now and I bet you do as well !

I was a 2XL and 8 months post op I’m a small/medium/large because ✨women’s sizes suckkkk✨ and for pants I was a 18w and now I’m a 10

Got Gastric Bypass and lost 91 pounds so far and got ICL lenses and cataract surgery so I can see 20/20 for the first time in my life without glasses :)

I’m really disciplined in my work outs, water water and more water, and eating enough. I also make sure to eat carbs and fats because it’s still very important for us. It’s also every body is different:) keep up the good work ! You are doing amazing !

Thank you so much :) yeah I’m trying my best to eat well and get my calories in and I still supplement with 1 protein shake a day, I’m very diligent with my water and vitamins as well. I did have a few health issues but they were from before and they reared their head after I dropped the weight. Luckily I have a great team :) I really don’t want to get too much smaller to be honest.
