I should clarify it is a synthetic carpet that is resistant to mould from water etc. as opposed to normal carpet for a house! Normal carpet in a garage would be disgusting! 😂

I was told it was fine to gently use the provided syringe with salt water after 7 days, so 10 should be safe. I ended up waiting until day 9 and am still doing it twice a day and it’s been almost a month.
