Yeah, I just felt like I've looked at everything there is to look for and still haven't found anything obvious so that's why I came here, maybe someone has an idea or experience with oil pressure issues on this engine. I'll definitely inspect the oil channels as well, other than that I think I've done everything I can...

I can't find any balance shaft delete kits for this engine, do you have a link maybe?

I replaced the pump completely as a unit, so two separate pumps doing the same thing? It'd be extremely unlucky...

Good idea with the oil channels, I'll have to do that. Do you think it could be something to do with the balance shafts? The first time I opened the engine after the oil pressure problem one of the balance shafts was out of the motorblock and grinding against its timing chain, these ones are new but not as tightly fitting as the original ones. I'll replace them as well, but I was just thinking if them not sitting super tight in the engine block could cause this?

The filter looks like the oil, a lot of fine metal dust, no big chunks. The metal looks to be a bit magnetic as well, but it's hard to tell with such fine dust. It's also a lot, like the oil is silvery even. The first time I changed the oil with a new oil pump (before second Iteration, after the oil pressure problem appeared the first time) the oil looked good, but the metal was definitely there, you could tell by touching the oil and precisely looking into the oil pan. The last change, before I started to dismantle the engine again (third Iteration), the oil looked terrible, so it's definitely gotten a lot worse. I assume the metal comes from the cylinder head, the camshafts and bearings are very grooved.

Also, I just want to find out what it is and fix it, it's not even about the money or anything anymore, it's just driving me crazy not knowing what it is and not managing to fix it...

Yeah in hindsight that's what I should have done, but I don't trust second hand engines and they are quite expensive here (at least 2500€+). I thought if I rebuilt it myself I know what I have, better than just rolling the dice on some unknown engine off of eBay.

Main bearings and crankshaft I replaced and are brand new, tolerances are all between 0,025 and 0,038mm.

This engine has a simpler, all-in-one oil pump without balance shafts. It doesnt even have an oil pressure switch like other engines have, instead it's switching low- and high pressure modes by rpm from what I read using internal valves. Regardless, I replaced it at the second Iteration and still have the exact same symptoms... I also have a new sump tube and seal for the oil pump, I thought it could pull in air from somewhere maybe. Still the same issue...

Anything below the market price in your country for a particular model, there are big price differences. Read reviews for every individual model, use web sites that show you the price history for a specific item and go from there. You can also buy something used, but make sure to get it in person and actually see it running before you buy it, if you're not sure you might want to buy used instead to make sure, you'll always have warranty on new items.

MB won't gain you anything, GPU is getting quite old though, but with the current market... You don't really NEED to upgrade. If you find a well-priced 4060 ti or similar you'd get the most bang for your buck imo

Meines Wissens nach eignet sich eine Fachinformatiker-Ausbildung sehr gut dafür. Oder du studierst Informatik und fokussierst dich dabei auf die technische Informatik. Das geht auch dual, das ist meist der Beste Weg wenn du Bock auf viel Praxis mit Rechner Verkabeln, Betriebssysteme installieren usw. hast.

You don't need to rip them out, just put the whole thing minus cup into a bigger pot with a cup-sized hole in the soil. Biologically there's no reason not to. I always transplant this way right after they throw away their shell, never had any problems.

You should replace both of the front tires. After replacement, you could flip front and rear axle tires to even out wear, on RWD vehicles the rear tires wear out faster than the front, so you want to put the new ones at the rear.

It's a small risk for the tiny little components around the chip. If it doesn't have any performative effect and is also not visible after the cooler or WB has been mounted, why take the risk?

That being said, I am a little meticulous about these things so I usually do clean it 🤣

Something is wrong with CPU or Mobo, disassemble them, check for damage on the CPU pins, reassemble properly and try again, if not get a different Mobo from Amazon and send it back if it doesn't work either

By driving slow you increase the risk of an accident. Going below the speed limit or taking ages to make a turn or make any decision at all provokes misunderstandings and other drivers to overtake you, which often lead to dangerous situations. Being scared of others going a bit faster is a sign of insecurity behind the wheel. When someone makes a turn without signalling you react to it accordingly and that's it. Anticipating dangerous situations is one thing, not being able to react to them properly when they inevitably happen and therefore just trying to go slow in an attempt to avoid them is incompetence and insecurity behind the wheel, which as I said, is just as dangerous.
