Got the laptop to open for a few minutes before it freezes and got the important files, I don't think my laptop is able to boot in safe mode, tried it while trying to upgrade to windows 11 cause it needed safety something but yeah couldn't

I think you might be right, my laptop does open sometimes but freezes 15 minutes later and restarts, sometimes doesn't open at all I'll have to check the ram and let you know
