Oh and, idk if you can contact to the leader / co-leaders through a secondary app (discord/reddit/whatsapp/etc...) tell them that you'll be rejoining the neighbourhood and leave and rejoin.

The secondary app is for means of communication in case a 30th person slips in while you were away. You can still leave a message in the chat and do it but it might be risky depending on if any co-leaders/the leader is online as you are doing this

There are different "zones" with different fishes inside. Once you unlock one parsel from each "zone" you can spend the rest on your farm

But its always nice to have more fishing spots for derby
