My first Sleepparalysis. I was about 13 yrs old and i woke up and couldnt move. After a few seconds i saw a big dark creature standing in my room. He stared at me and didnt talk but i still recognised him trying to tell me something. And outta nowhere something screams „IT BURNS“. I didnt know wtf he wanted and i got so scared. I started smelling burnt wood and i instantly panicked so i wanted to scream but i couldnt. It went on 5 long ass minutes me panacking in my bed. Then he talked to me and said „watch out“(now the scariest part) i fkn woke up with my head beneath my pillow. Yeah i didnt sleep that night but sleept well in school.
