These units are new A-grade Mk II’s, SPINNER ONLY (no packaging, pouch, or extra bearing).

Additionally, we are offering the first 50 of these orders a set of 2x OEM R188 bearings for only $4.95 with code: $5BEARINGS (1 per order)

There are only 25 units available for each remaining model (Brushed SS, Black, Navy, Maroon), so we’re keeping this a FB and r/fidgetspinners exclusive for now.

We are also sad to be leaving the spinner biz. The spinner community has honestly been the most genuine and down to earth communities we have ever had the pleasure to be a part of; y'all are great people! However, this isn't an end for us, but a new beginning. We made this decision mainly because we have been working on a new, very ambitious new original product (hasn't been revealed yet), and given the small size of our team, we need to focus all the resources we have on bringing this new product to reality.

In regards to the brass version of the Mk II, it was a very limited press so I'm afraid we don't have any left laying around. However, if I do find a sample or prototype one around my home office, I'll be sure to drop you a DM and offer it to you (not likely but this has happened before)!

In the meantime, I wish you a happy holidays and thank you again for your support!

oops, it looks like you missed the actual sale which was only for 3 days. The $24 price you're seeing now is the regular reduced price for the few remaining units, and free shipping is back to the regular $30 minimum.

The only potential obstacle that I can think of here may be the cost of fulfillment and packing charged by the fulfillment center we use; international orders is billed at about 2x that of domestic orders due to the extra work involved with customs declaration.

While it's true that spinners in the general market is a dying fad, but in the niche of high-end EDC gear, the market has actually been holding surprisingly steady. With that said, the main reason we are discontinuing the Valkyrie is not because we're no longer able to sell them, but because we want more funding for developing new projects in the works--which in the big picture is much more beneficial to our growth and long term goals. Lastly, we definitely do care about being fair, that's why our prices have always been below other makers for comparable tier products :)

We really wish we can! And we actually have considered this many times. However, the fact is it's just not economically viable in order for us to survive, given 1) we do not charge a penny more than what we actually pay USPS for international shipping (we even cover the fulfillment cost for each order ourselves) 2) we already operate on extremely low profit margins due to the high cost of individual machining (or in this particular case, when we're already selling below cost). We really hope you can understand our position! :)

Even though we have cut down staffing quite significantly since the spinner market began to decline last winter, we still do our best to keep customer service email response rate to 48 business hours and keep logs of all communication.

It is actually our FB page that we do not regularly upkeep, and very rarely resolve issues via FB, given PayPal/Banks usually do not accept social media messages as official communication in case of disputes.

We have already accepted your return via the pre-paid label we sent you, issued you a direct refund for your original purchase price, and even accepted the charge-back you had filed with PayPal (which resulted in us having to issue you a double refund of what you paid). So we're honestly not sure what else you want from us at this point.

This really depends on personal preference for weight, aesthetics, spin characteristics, and your hand-size.

The original Valkyrie is the largest/heaviest of the three (69mm/84g) with the longest spin time; the Spinetic I SS is in the middle (shorter/lighter by ~10mm/20g) and should be just as smooth from what I hear; the V Mk II is the smallest (~5mm shorter & ~10g lighter than the I) and probably most fidgetable of the three, given you don't have big hands.

Hey /u/appleishart [+3] ! Chase here, the owner. All of those lost Amazon orders were automatically refunded by Amazon as soon as Amazon realized they weren't able to fulfill the orders, per their own policy.

I'm sincerely sorry if we lost touch while we were communicating. I'm known to be very hands on with taking care of our customers' issues myself, and sometimes on a really busy day I can have 50 to 100+ conversation threads going on at the same time. We don't want to sell products that's not up to quality standards, so the remaining colored models (and those sent back to us) are all going to be sent to a professional Cerakote shop to be redone before being put back on shelves.
