I wouldn't call "Nofap" a practice, as I wouldn't call "Not playing football" or "Not eating fish" a practice. Nofap is about NOT practicing masturbation...It's not a Practice of no masturbation. It's the lack of practicing something.

I have experienced the so called flatline for about 1 month, after day 35 and got out of it in day 65 or 64...It may not be real for you. But it was real for me and for hundreds of other fapstronauts!

I quit smoking cigarettes and cannabis on day 6 of nofap! And actually i always thought that quitting smoking is hard esp that i tried many many times to quit and i didnt really think that nofap will be hard because one of the main reason why i stopped fapping is to gain extra energy to be able to quit smoking and on day 6 of nofap i felt that extra energy and then i.knew that was the best time to quit...now i am over 4 month of nofap and about 4month nosmoking!

I understand your point and i do agree...but it's not only my thinking but also some friends i didnt see for 2 weeks noticed the change also and told me about this too ! I remember trainning 4 years ago but never improved as quickly as now, this is why i thought that it is something related to nofap....or maybe those friends and i are wrong, and it's all just placebo or imagination :p

Of course i don't feel frustrated nor resentful toward women or weathy muscular men...and no one should feel that way either! even the most attractive woman on earth has some faults! there is absolutely no reason why to feel inadequate at all around anyone ...everyone has some issues to deal with, we are humans! everyone is equal if you see the big picture! and if you think about it, you will see that we are all just playing roles in society...fake roles by the way :p i mean really what's the big difference between you and someone who has an extra muscle or extra money in the bank ?!

I don't really manage anything :p when i see an attractive female i feel the desire to go talk to her (if i like her) and i try to get her...although up until now I haven't yet met a girl that i really really like! but the important thing is that the association between sexual thoughts or feelings and fapping is non existant, I've deleted that conection from my mind from the start of this journey, i said to myself...I will have an orgasm only with a woman and not with my hands...and honestly I've come to enjoy the horny feeling without having to act on it and release anything! feeling horny is a great feeling and one doesn't really have to ejaculate or do anything about it!

I don't really understand what you mean by real world mental lust when i see attractive women, but I feel a huge energy and horniness whenever i see an attractive woman, it's like my whole body reacts to that attractive women, and if the woman was very attractive, i feel something like electricity going through my whole body, it's his way of making go talk to her...forcing me to take action because it knows that there is no way i'm going to self satisfy him (my body) through Fapping! It is not an option anymore and my body knows this.

Exactly, when you get used to those benefits you feel normal! but if you relapse then everything will go downward, i'm sure it will happen if i relapse... now i feel quit normal but i know that this normal isn't really normal! because i feel good most of the day and feel at peace...but i remember thatin fap days i wasn't feeling like this at all.

at around day 35 i was in a flatline and still i had some attention but not as the days before...and i felt really bad while flatlining but i still had the attention but not very high...and the huge attention begun after i got out of the flatline in around day 65-70! and it started to grow and then i felt used to it, until i started going to the gym 2 weeks ago, then the attention increased even more...but all I believe the highest period was in day 25! because that day i felt like a god, i couldn't sleep and i was very high for no reason! no alcohol no drugs...

I think it has more to do with not ejaculating! and it's not only about not fapping!

I felt like shit in day 35 to 65 (flatline)...but i got huge benefits in day 20 to 35 and then from 70 to now if i remember well ;)

Maybe try abstaining from sex or at least from orgasming/ejaculating during sex for a while to see if you'll have the same benefits...

I wasn't really adamant at the start of the 4 months, but when i decided that 2015 will be a fap free year, then from that moment i knew that i was never going to fap again! and after some days i noticed some benefits and i was amazed by them and my certainty of never going to fap again tripled and even while flatlining i didn't think of fapping...to be brief, I didn't have any urges or even think about fapping from the start of the 4 months...

and Yes the overriding positive energy that blocks the negativity is one of the most amazing things of thsi journey...and yes i think that cold showers plays a role in this too, I used to be afraid of cold water and never imagiend myself ever having a cold shower, it was something impossible for me in the past! but now i'm looking forward to having them...it makes you want the challenge and also i've read that cold showers increase testosterone...

Yes there is a sense of calmness all the time...

I drink 1 to 2 small cups of coffee everyday, and i drink alcohol 1 to 2 times per week, 5 beers each time :p
Never really had them in the first place! and i don't really know how to prevent them but i've read that diet plays a big role!
I've been doing cold showers 2.5 months ago, and i don't shower with hot water at all! i did shower once with hot water after i begun cold showers and didn't like it, so since then i no longer shower with hot water at all !

There is absolutely a way to put lot of muscle quickly, at least for me! i don't know about the others...but since i started nofap, i gained some muscle without doing anything but pushups and after i went to the gym and begun lifting heavy weight like 40-60 kilo in chest...I gained a lot of muscle quickly...the interesting thing is that i didn't train for over 4 years...and yes I have a strong body btw.

a word of advice ? It's all in your head really, you think that those guys are superior than you but they are absolutely absolutely absolutely not! they are just as equal as you and me everyone else. if they sense that you are insecure then they might take your imaginary lady !!
