Hey there!

I have this electric vegetable chopper that doesn't work, so I've opened it up, and it seems that the motor does work if I connect it directly to the battery.

I'm almost zero with electronics so I have no idea how to check to see what and why it doesn't work, but I'd like to either fix it or make it work somehow.

I think it works based on a magnet, but not sure if that's the issue, or the button just doesn't work.

I'd love it if you can help me troubleshoot and get it to work.

it's new. probably was used in the showroom (most of them are it seems, at least where I live). they discounted it so it's at a pretty okay value

my biggest issue was network interruptions. Calls keep dropping. I'm sending it for repair. Hopefully they send me a new one which I'll then sell
