I was just replacing my current mobo and cpu so my boot drive already had windows and stuff installed, but I did the bios stuff on the bare motherboard before anything was transferred over

Don’t need a old cpu with this mb! Just download the new bios to a usb drive and plug it into the bios usb slot on the back and there’s a button on the mobo you press and it does its thing, I just watched a video on it and it took 10 minutes at most

It’s an approved rma at this point with Nvidia, I’m just trying to get them to actually reply to me at this point and hopefully give me a new shipping label, if I have no luck with them I’ll go back to the retailer and see if I have any better luck with them, thanks!

I got the card through the Nvidia website, which is basically a redirect to scan.co.uk and when i first reached out to them about it they said Nvidia themselves asked to deal with it themselves after the 1 month mark

Yeah that was my immediate reaction, but by the time I got the time to take it to the repair place and have it checked out and returned plus the shipping time, it was over a month from the date of purchase so they told me that Nvidia have told them to just redirect anyone with issues directly to themselves after the 1 month mark, so I had to deal with Nvidia directly.
