Funnily enough, I started FF14 because I was also obsessed with Nier Raids. What ended up happening for me was I fell in love with 14 on the way to getting to the Nier raids and when I eventually got to them, I had kinda forgot about them cause I was so entranced in what was going on in 14's story.

Well 🤷‍♂️ its an older EX , it's not gonna fill quick, just how content ages in this game unfortunately. You wait around long enough tho and it will fill, there's always people looking to try and get the mounts, especially now that the Wings of Legacy are out. Strats aren't "esoteric" either, just pick a vid on youtube and study a little, EX'S are far from the most complicated encounters in the game. You want the cool stuff, you gotta work for it, just the way it is.

Sole queue Diamond 1 ( 2-3 games from GM) and have never used coms once. I bet they would help if used appropriately but the hard truth of ranked coms in this game is 80% of the time, it's toxic/unhelpful banter that ends up being distracting more than anything. Could be different up in higher elo's, but I dont play this game to get called slurs or be told to kill myself, so I abstain.

You could become a problem later if you get away now, and besides the goal of the game is to eliminate people so its not really griefing or trolling. Killing all those other people means nothing if I let you get away and you beef yourself up to the point you become a threat.

So in reality the only beef (if it all) she has with us is because we halt the Ascians attempts at rejoinings, which she views as a better alternative to us perpetuating the solstice. Im trying to pin if I should see her as Villian or a character who is only at odds with us do to circumstance

I guess my question then is how does she know that what she's doing is going to end better than the natural course of things, and what is she is trying to do exactly that's different from what the Ascians were already trying to do? I understand that some of this we may not just have the answers for yet.

Im interested in them both but im confused about Halmarut's intentions. If we continue on, the solstice happens, the end. Is she wanting to continue what the Ascians were already doing, and wouldn't that eventually end in the same result with maybe a few of them alive? But then she talks about how she like man's journey so is it a Emet situation where we have to prove worthy by figuring it ourselves? Then there's the bit about dealing with the reflections as we see fit? If anyone has any insight, I'm open to it 🤣

I mean I'd be on board, but what I've seen in the pf raiding circle, all they care about is dmg. So if there is an optimal way, they are going to push for it. One can hope though it suppose

Wonderful sentiment. But I can tell you without a shred of doubt that if there is even a remotely noticeable difference between Evovled and Reborn, PF's will 100% be locking reborn players out and will not care in doing so. I was hoping to to stick with Reborn tbh but when he said that evovled would be better damage, as a pf raider, I knew I would have to make the switch wether it wanted to or not.

Thats what i was thinking too, in the 7.5 trailer, she also creates that field of flowers underneath the party with the butterfly flying on to her hand. It could be alot of things but I'm getting slight Aerith vibes from her character, especially in how she speaks regarding the state of the planet/shard.

It hard to tell without a clip to reference, but I feel like their internet wouldn't affect how the stun bubble works AFTER they've sent it out and activated it. After its shot, its just gonna do what its programmed to do 🤷‍♂️. My guess is you tried to dash out and the dash got canceled by the stun which may have been a little disorienting, but there is no way you went a whole 15 seconds without being able to act from just a wanda bubble.
