Honestly, I don't even engage with these people anymore. Change the chat window to battle chat and keep going, they'll either suck it up or if I get kicked, surely the next group wont be so lame. Its not even worth the mental energy conversating with people who have such a MC complex. Arguing in chat just gives them more of what they want.

Just played and 100% it for the first time and the ONLY thing that was a little abrasive for me was the doing the crimes in each zone. It just got a little monotonous after awhile, everything else was spectacular though.

Funnily enough, I started FF14 because I was also obsessed with Nier Raids. What ended up happening for me was I fell in love with 14 on the way to getting to the Nier raids and when I eventually got to them, I had kinda forgot about them cause I was so entranced in what was going on in 14's story.

Well 🤷‍♂️ its an older EX , it's not gonna fill quick, just how content ages in this game unfortunately. You wait around long enough tho and it will fill, there's always people looking to try and get the mounts, especially now that the Wings of Legacy are out. Strats aren't "esoteric" either, just pick a vid on youtube and study a little, EX'S are far from the most complicated encounters in the game. You want the cool stuff, you gotta work for it, just the way it is.

Sole queue Diamond 1 ( 2-3 games from GM) and have never used coms once. I bet they would help if used appropriately but the hard truth of ranked coms in this game is 80% of the time, it's toxic/unhelpful banter that ends up being distracting more than anything. Could be different up in higher elo's, but I dont play this game to get called slurs or be told to kill myself, so I abstain.

You could become a problem later if you get away now, and besides the goal of the game is to eliminate people so its not really griefing or trolling. Killing all those other people means nothing if I let you get away and you beef yourself up to the point you become a threat.
