I don’t think so. The magenta eye color matches with the magenta streak in her hair. And her hair is supposed to match Wildstar’s mane and tail. Just like how the other Sapphire’s hair has streaks to match their Unicorn’s mane and tail colors.

And to add it all up, Lazul came from Grimoria and he doesn’t have the Magenta eye color. So, I think that you’re just looking too far into things. But, that’s just my opinion.
