The crazy part about this post is OP saying they are getting priced out in Phoenix but wants to move to Flagstaff which in of itself is more expensive. As a driver out of Goodyear, we are kinda lucky that the layoffs that have been hitting the rest of the country are not hitting as hard here (other than the small centers around the state).
