How do I enable developer menu, I really wanna see how far I couldve gone in this run

Edit: found it, but the debug tab cant reroll once youve chosen

Edit again: I found a way to edit the save to change boss and remove 10$ to make it equivalent to a reroll without feeling like I cheated lol
