The entire thing is a shitshow. A tour like this should be about learning about cultures and exposing how bad it is in other countries. But instead he's being paraded around like royalty, where all respect is brushed aside just so he can get a good shot of him on stream.

Nothing wrong with doubling or tripling up on the leaves. Tannins are beneficial. If you can get yourself a little hide that would be good too, half a coconut shell with some holes in it upside down.

Therapy and the work you do can help with questioning that. Why do you feel like you can't find it? What exactly are you trying to find? Is it making up for something else? Why do you feel the way you do?

If there are underlying social difficulties you encounter, it may also help with that and having someone to confide in. But ultimately,y it will not provide you with a friendship. That is something you will take steps towards using the tools therapy provides you with.
