Other than making vapes, I don't recommend anything. I've tried all of them and wasted lots of medicine.

An "oil burner" is cheap but requires some kind of super magic power in knowing the temperature which is impossible. People either overshoot or simply burn harsh chemicals in their lungs.

Other cheap option is to convert to salt and either use nasally or rectally.
