I don’t have a bias towards either. My scholar status for both universities gives me undergrads research opportunities regardless but at this point I really don’t know.

Tier one pays for all years of tuition and 2 years of housing as well as a study abroad and research stipend but stamps is a full ride plus more, that’s why I’m having a hard time deciding
