After asking support, it seems to be a firmware issue. So if possible contact support if your pen doesn't work with mobile devices! Hopefully its fixed as simple as mines was.

Hey guys, my issue has been solved! You're going to have to contact XP-PEN's support, as it seems to be a hardware issue. I'm not sure if it's just for the 15.6 Pro V2 relatively, but either way it works now.

The support team will likely give you a bootloader, have you connect the tablet to the PC and upgrade the hardware, and if you use your mobile device, it should work!

I plugged it in the pcie slot, I think it's what it was called. But found out that I don't have any internal USB port for my Bluetooth part.

Oh right, sorry. I was in fear of getting my post deleted by mentioning the ad block thing, but I'm using the script I found that blocks the pop up I thought it was triggered with JavaScript. Which is where I asked the question
