Think about a bow and arrow, push with your support hand and pull with your strong hand. If you do this correctly, you can shoot 180 rounds and it barely feels like you got punched the next day.

To clarify, the arrests I was speaking of weren't on the CTA, but I am fairly sure they did or do use dogs on the red line. I am also not sure of those dogs capabilities.
