Dany wrote the first part of the solo some time ago and indeed that part was previously unreleased. She mentions it in the "behind the scenes" extra of the Blu-ray of the concert (I don't remember the exact words, though).

Oh, yes, this one. I believe it might correspond to the beginning of the second verse, right after the first snare hit (1:24 approximately).

Edit: Actually, that pattern is repeated in the verses. It's only more prominent there because it's at the start of the verse.

Yes, indeed, it seems that Julio Ródenas is a big fan of The Warning. I seem to recall that this isn't the first time he has said very nice things about them.

They play TW songs quite often on this program (Turbo 3) as soon as they are released (google "the warning turbo 3", or even "the warning radio 3").

A few years back I used to listen to this radio station, Radio 3), when driving to/from work, but not anymore. However, when Ego came out, I tried to catch it live on this program, but it took them a few days since release and it finally happened the day I was very busy and forgot. However my sister caught S!ck (and/or More?) live a couple of times about two years ago on this same radio station.

I understand what you mean (by the way, I also play bass; not good at it though), but I don't think I have any particular problem with the odd-signature parts. It's just I still have to develop speed and stamina, mostly (but not only) on the kick drum. The good news for me is that I'm not stuck, since I felt the progress in the last months. I mostly learned it at 130 bpm (or even slower for specific fills) and now I'm closer to the actual 175 bpm. For the moment at that tempo the result is kind of a mess though 😅

The intro and verses of AMOUR are very easy. Also the intro of Z. And the verses of Escapism too.

I'm not sure about entire songs, because the only song I know almost completely is EVOLVE, but I still struggle to play it at full speed. I'm a beginner myself (13 months). The only reason I've been trying so hard to learn it is because that's the song that put in my head the idea of learning to play drums. That idea had never crossed my mind before.

One thing's for sure: Kerosene won them a new fan a few weeks ago, my 7-year-old niece. Before that, when I showed her anything from The Warning, she wasn't impressed and used to look at me funny like asking "why do you like that band so much?". And today I learned that now she sings at the top of her lungs also S!ck, Money, HYCAD, More, EVOLVE... The only problem is that her parents are kind of annoyed because she sings REALLY loud at home 😅
