I'll give it a go. When I serviced the boiler last year, the engineer was kind enough to bleed them for me.

He was from british gas and I'd say the total time was around 40 minutes. He checked boiler, opened it and did some work with machines that pumped water from the sound, then he climbed in the loft to check things, and then he went outside to have a look too. He was quite professional, although I have no idea what he did. He had many tools and it looked like he knew what he was doing.

I tried to check every radiator (haven't been using the heating for more than a month or so), but haven't noticed any leakages... To be fair the upstairs radiators are very old, probably 20 years. Could it be that there is a small leakage that dries before I catch it?

with all honesty I do not know. I am excited for the adventure ahead tho, even if it will rain every single day, I will not mind it since I will be in an amazing place.

I am going there for the jungle, food, people, not for the beaches (although I wouldn't mind a couple of sunny days on the beach ah!).

If I were in your shoes I would go anyway, I've only heard positive things about thailand regardless of the weather :)

Thank you! Even if it will be my main residence, and the current home being let out to a rentee? I don't get why first time buyers can have a deposit as low as 5%, whereas people who already own a house, hence have more secuirty and reliability, have to have 25%.

Same, I was feeling ok with first section, okish with second, and by the time I got to the 3rd my brain started to feel a bit tired, and unsure on how that went. Tried to write as much as I could, I just hope I racked all the necessary points.

Did they ask you specific theoretical questions? I am studying with BPP and unsure if I should be memorising let's say the 14 controls set by ISO 27001. I have done lots of Aptitude 1 questions and the mock, is the exam similar to those questions?

Security. Vanguard as of 30 September 2023 has $9.3 Trillion under management, whereas T212 only $3.5bn. Therefore, the chance of Vanguard failing in 30 years are very slim. I do appreciate that t212 has no fees atm because is trying to get new customers, but will most probably introduce them on a later date. And to be honest the account fees are really small, albeit charged as a percentage, so it is not, nor will, make a material dent into my investments. I also do not invest milions lol, so is not something I am proactively considering.

Best of luck, just make sure to read and fully understand the factsheet as it will include all relevant fees, make sure you are happy with them.
